鑫洋木业有限公司 始建于1993年8月，位于京、津保三地中心地带，距北京120公里、天津70公里、保定90公里，紧靠106国道，紧临京九铁路文安站的全国北方最大的胶合板基地。
公司自成立以来，始终注重以人为本，以科技为本，以质量为本，以诚信为本，不断谋求发展，现占地面积4万多平方米（其中建筑面积13000平方米），拥有职工400余人，其中专业技术人员30名，主要生产设备有大小旋切机、无卡机、冷压机、热压机、砂光机、打包机等数十台，总资产达1000多万元，年生产达25000立方米。
公司拥有原木旋切、烘干、晾晒、摆板至成品的全套生产流水线数条，生产的胶合板产品包括 厚度桦木胶合板系列、椴木胶合板系列、帖纸亚光系列等，生产的各种贴面包括奥古曼、贝克杉、曲柳、黑胡桃、红樱桃等系列。另外我公司还可根据客户要求设定质量比标准，生产各种规格桦木面皮及单板，由于我公司可生产小规格胶合板，降低面皮成本，所以价格全行业最低，原料来源于东北各林业局及俄罗斯木材公司，并形成长期合作伙伴关系。
公司于2005年取得中华人民共和国进口企业资格、获得自理报关单位注册登记证书、出口退税登记证，目前产品以远销日本、中国台湾等地。国内产品以销往上海、广州、深圳、哈尔滨、成都、重庆、山东等地。
